Ha Haaa Ahhh... Laughing Orgasm!

I’m those kind of people who really love to laugh, It is also characteristic of me to smile in whatever situation I may be in. may it be sticky or quite casual. This for some people may be quite a hard task to do since there are various reasons that are always pulling them down. One thing that I do know for sure is that laughing is fun. If you have yourself a good laugh you will surely feel lifted and energized.

Laughter really is the best medicine. It releases endorphins and neurotransmitters that have pain – relieving properties similar to morphine. It also boosts our immune system by increasing T – cells which attack viruses.

Sometimes it may be hard to pull off a smile after some unfortunate occurrences. A while back a friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer. After the diagnosis depression set in and that’s where he discovered the power of laughter. You have to be thankful if you are alive and do not have a terminal illness. Understanding what he was going through I wondered how he would walk out of this. He then visited a psychiatrist who helped him with the depression.

Research demonstrates that the health benefits of laughter are far ranging. While more studies need to be done, it has been seen that laughter can relieve pain, bring greater happiness, and even increase immunity. Like I just pointed out, laughter revitalizes the body. The study further suggests that laughter and a sense of humour are one of the 24 main signature strengths one can possess.

Let’s move deeper into the science behind the laughter. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones like cortisol, epinephrine (adrenaline), dopamine and growth hormone. Now trust me on this, you don’t have to memorize these huge words which you probably won’t remember. The main thing you should remember is that when you are feeling in any way stressed out, do make sure you have a good laugh and your stress will disappear. Laughter also increases the level of health – enhancing hormones like endorphins and neurotransmitters. This effectively means that you will have a stronger immune system as well as fewer physical effects of stress.

Laughter not only increases one’s immunity levels it also helps by providing physical release and emotional release where one just relaxes. It further brings the focus away from anger, guilt, stress and negative emotions in a more beneficial way than other mere distractions.

The more you smile and laugh, the way we respond to stressful situations differently. Humour gives us a more light heartened perspective and helps us view events as challenges, thereby making them less threatening and more positive.

The social benefits of laughter cannot be exhausted. Most people find laughter contagious, so if you bring more laughter into your life you will surely help others around you to laugh more and realize these benefits. Simply put the more you smile the higher your chances in succeeding in your various endeavours. It is also said that the more you laugh the younger you become.
